Not my actual latest arrival. The results of it being in my possession though. Set of wide angle / fisheye / macro lens attachments for my shitty cell phone camera. Pictured are two small Atwood dice in bronze.

Other bag was too big for daily carry. This is new bag. Holds same laptop, tablet, and the rest of my stuff I take to work to combat boredom. Lil bit better organization.
Don't mind the donut or cheetos in the top left. They're hiding.

Aside from the phone that took the pic, that's about all I had in my pockets today. Speaking of the phone, its camera software is horrible. Don't know why the image is so noisy, it's not set to HDR or anything else obvious. Maybe just bad lighting in this new place.
The RF Investigator is on account of always wanting a cover for my work field notes and thankfully never finding a leatherworker so I could order one. Saved some money there, though it doesn't match anything else. The pen is also new to me, normally it sits in the Skinth. And the tiny Stanley FatMax was a gift from my cousin recently. Came in handy sizing up furniture for the apartment.

You can ano dark blue with 2 or 3 nine volt batteries and some baking soda. I messed around with it a lil but didn't want to go all in on a voltage stepper and kit for the small amount of titanium I have.
You should play with the heat setting to try and retain the army men detail. - Captain Obvious
Heat the bowl rather than directly ON the army men? Might take a bit longer as the bowl is a large heatsink of course.
Just don't hold it with your hands. - Captain Obvious again.
If you have anything for rapid cooling of the other side (once you can see them starting to conform to the bowl's shape) try cooling them down to try retaining some detail. Water quench!
Derp. Just saw the army men swimming in water in the middle of the pack of pics. You've got that one at least.
Second edit: What about spot heating kinda thing? With a small butane torch. Direct the heat to the ones you want to melt, only, less damage to the rest? Might have to quench a bit more, and not give a shit about the bowl you're using otherwise.
Last Edit: Jul 18, 2015 11:18:13 GMT -8 by everydaybeer: I has the dumb.

The SAK Classic was ordered about ten mins after I thought I'd left mine somewhere it would "walk off". Turns out my brother picked it up thinking it was his, so I got it back. Nice to have a backup.
The Gripmaster was ordered so I could beef my fingers up. Trying to get where I don't need a cheater bar at work to put on most of the belts. The 9lb was heaviest I could find and doesn't seem to offer much resistance except for pinkies.

Picked up a Nexus 7 (made by Asus) when they were semi-current and on sale. Got another that was lightly used recently for $130, and just picked up a wireless charger for Grandma's (same model) because her micro USB port gave up the ghost. She uses it THAT much.
Mine still does everything I require, haven't noticed it bogging down for vid streaming or website loads so no reason to upgrade. Got a cheapie case for it and a wireless charger (to avoid wear and tear on the usb port) and it's been good. Screen size suits me fine, don't need a 9" monster tablet. That's what the laptop is for!
