What are ya'lls opinion of a large coldsteel voyager clip point for an edc knife? I need a new knife and this is about all I can afford at present. Thanks in advance.
I have a large Voyager Tanto, but I think it is a bit big for EDC and quit carrying it. A small fixed blade would do more. I have a Wilder Forge necker that cost about $65-ish if I remember right that is great. Just need a Tek-Lok for it to carry on my belt. Bit long for necker duty in my opinion.

Do you want a folder or fixed?
That looks like a big ass knife. It's around $40 and the Steel is AUS-8. AUS-8 sucks. The budget Spydercos and Kershaws are likely a better value.
If you're thinking fixed, the smaller Beckers are affordable and 1095 (though carbon) runs circles around AUS-8 in toughness and edge retention.

How big are your hands? Mine are XL glove size. I really love most Spydercos and you can get a Delica for about the same cash. If you must go bigger then I recommend the Endura but you'll probably have to go preowned for your budget. Kershaw is also a good choice. Check out the Thermite. Good luck!
