I have no personal experience with this knife, but the company (Otter-Messer) is legitimate, and manufactures a variety of fixed and folding knives, including the venerable K55.
From a quality perspective, I would say you'll get what you pay for, although the bone handle adds a premium over the walnut handle version. If that's part of why you like it, rock on.
From a function perspective, sheepsfoot blades are (in the opinion of my tendonitis) much better suited for EDC, because it's easier to get the point down in when starting a flat cut.
Carbon steel is less wear-resistant, but you probably already knew that. C75 roughly corresponds with AISI grade 1074, which is getting toward the low end of carbon steels for knife blades.
I expect it will be plenty tough, but edge retention may be a problem. If you're serious about knife sharpness, you may notice the knife slowing down after a pizza box or two.
On the plus side, bringing it back should be a matter of five passes on the butcher's steel and a strop on your jeans.

Thanks for the info on this. Wasn't sure if this was a brand Well known but maybe just not to me. Mostly I've always been into tactical folders and haven't really bought many gentlemen pocketknives. I do love the look of the Blue blade and that white bone handle. Anything blue-and-white in Kentucky is good in my book! C A T S!!!!
