@iggy- I think I paid 7 bucks and some change for the copper sheet at Lowe's
@doc- No worries about the size, I'll have mine in a couple days and will post it. I was thinking that if the pivot hole in the blade was say, 3/16" you could get that size in a chain ring bolt, some bronze washers and hook it up.

I just got a 6"x12" .028" 22 gauge off ebay for $14
UPS can bite my ass, slow mofo's were a no show today, rescheduled for Monday
So, I have these scrap pieces of G-10 I got from revs... what do you guys use to cut this stuff with? It's like a rock! Dulled a coping saw blade (for metal) withing only 1/4"!

I use my bandsaw but yes it does dull the blade. I have also used a carbide hack saw blade with the G-10 clamped in a vise.
Needs a sheath. Slight re profiling of the blade. More of a drop point. Vinegar patina that will probably be sanded down and blued. Elk antler with a bamboo blade stop. Now, need to sharpen the hell out of it.
