Actually, my wife uses a tiny fork to eat with all the time. Claims it helps her maintain a svelte figure by slowing the rate at which she eats. Also uses a tiny plate. Since she doesn't look a day over fast cars and freedom, I'm going to have to conclude it really works. Need more evidence, I use a big fork and I'm a lot more aerodynamic than I used to be.
