Hey all - I'm an unabashed light noob, but I've accumulated a few that I think are cool. So far, I've got:
4sevens Preon 2 Ti (my work penlight)
Nitecore MT26 (my camp über lumen light)
Eagletac D25A2 Mini (my Skinth light)
Ti Innovations IlluminaTi (cool pocket rocket)
Fenix E01 (inside my work bag light)
ITP A3 Eos
Icon Rogue 2
Mini Mag modified with a NiteIze LED and clicky switch (bedside light, couldn't resist when I found the NiteIze parts at MEC)
But as I said, I'm a noob. I'm looking at a Sunwayman M11R because I keep reading good things, and I'd love a few of the Maratac copper lights but I can't order anything from County Comm because they really don't make shipping feasible for Canadians.
What I'd really like are some ideas regarding a range of different custom or modified lights - lets say in $0-100, $100-200 and $200+ categories - that would be worth looking at for a slowly growing collection.
I'd also love some ideas about existing lights I could pick up and where I can find parts to modify them. Thanks for the help!
