I had an old piece of hand railing, so I cut it into 1" chunks and glued them to some plywood. There is a piece of old conveyor belt behind the plywood. Nailed that to a wall in my shed and started throwing. Took a quick video with my phone, I'll try to get better vid later.
I know what you mean, although truly if I am concerned about them imitating me, I'd be more worried about them becoming fat asses with health problems.
I was thinking of setting a target on the back of my shed and practice physics with sharp metallic objects. Anyone have any experience? What would be a good set of knives for a beginner? In the limited research I have done, I see beginners should use a longer blade and know that they will hit each other so gold plated is out.
