File jig my father made for me out of some scrap oak, he added inserts so i wouldnt have to worry about messing up the threads taking the eyebolt in and out a bunch.

I will for SURE use it. I should get it in the mail by Wednesday! I plan on doing the bevels on the 2nd knife with it and see if i get them done better with the jig than the grinder. Just depends if i can scrounge up the money to get a few more things for the jig like the 12" double cut bastard file, steel rod, and hose clamps... Geez everything costs money LMAO But im impatient so if getting that stuff takes a while ill go ahead and grind the bevels again.
Ill be practicing doing bevels on the grinder as well as the jig. I should get more steel in by the end of the month and will be using it all up practicing
