There is also a custom out there with bead-blast bolsters and gray twill scales. Gentleman's Tactical.
arent they crazy rare and expensive?
Yeah, that's why I almost had an orgasm when I met Nietzsche from USN for lunch. We sit down and he pulled at least 12 custom Emersons from his bag. He didn't have a mini a100, but he did have two regular size. Nice knives. He had another small one but the name slips my mind. mv-1 maybe?
Most likely a Spyderco Military. I found a website that has them for the cheapest possible price of 130$ new, but they don't have the black handle/black blade combo...
The NEXT one? Nothing for the moment as I've been a bad boy recently.
But that is subject to change. :turtle:
Anyways, most of the knives I would like are difficult to obtain even on the secondary market. The problem isn't funding it, but trying to find someone willing to part with one.

For me it might be an Emerson 7 mini. For me my Tenacious fells already a bit too big, so going for smaller knives atm. Not sure though, cause it's quite some bucks to put down...
Have you had a chance to handle an Emerson 7, Fukurai?
Most people figure out how they feel about Emersons after a few minutes of personal contact.
Most people are either fans forever after, or refuse to touch one at any price.
No, no chance yet, since I saw them on USN and heard lots of good stories about them, I got more on them than before. Maybe I can find a store around here having them. We'll see, otherwise I order one and if I don't like it I sell it again...
This happened to me with the Sebenza. Really like the design, but when I hold it the first time, didn't liked it. Doesn't fit me somehow, now after having a Drifter, it might change...
Yeah.....it's the purchase I would feel more comfortable with, having experience with spydies. But I'm very curious about Emerson and I've never even held one , so part of me wants to go that rout based on trying something new. I know what to expect from a Millie
