Well I guess my svord is done. Earthtone dymondwood handles, one layer of copper and brass sheet epoxied to each half of the handles, 1/8" brass pin for blade stop and #8 slotted posts with #8 truss head screws to hold it together. The back post has 2 #8 flat washers on it for a spacer inbetween the handles. Brass pin is epoxied in one half of the handles so the knife can be taken apart. If I had any leather left I would make a sheath for it.
The blade on it is so tiny. It is only .06" thick so the handles out wiegh the blade big time but I do like how my handles came out. Gonna start on a pattern with that file.
