Here is my keychain set-up Pretty minimal/basic, but it fits me well
Car key, house key Fenix E05 (85 lm) and a LTMR AR15 keychain
And then my Altoids kit, which I am always working on improving
I carry this daily as well, slips easily into my front pocket. Condom, alcohol wipes, sharpie mini, two sewing needles that are each threaded (these are in a straw tube so that they are loose), antibiotic ointment (2), bandaids (4, was 5 but used one the other day), and an acrylic tube with a few tylenol and toothpicks in it.
The tube I am pretty excited about. Before this I was using a travel tylenol bottle, was about twice the diameter of this tube, slightly longer but a bit of wasted space inside. It also made it hard for the lid to close tightly/securely. So I went to the local hardware store and picked a few items up, including a 3' long acrylic tube, some cork, and an end cap for tubing. It doesnt carry as much as the original bottle, but I dont need a ton of medicine each day, if any at all. When traveling I will have a larger bottle in my suitcase/hotel/etc to refill should I need to.
Toothpicks are important, if youve ever had something stuck in your teeth you'll know the value of these small pieces of scrap wood
Today my plan is to cut apart an arrow/bolt that i picked up at Walmart (on clearance, I bought two, one was two bucks, the other was $3.50, but its larger outside diameter, and longer) and see what the ID is on it. If I can still get some pills to slide down in there, as well a toothpick or two then I'll switch to that over the acrylic tube.
I want to add some more items to this, including a few feet of paracord, we'll see.
Rounding out my EDC is a multitool (typically a Leatherman, right now the Signal), my wallet, which is very minimal, and some lip balm
And, not pictured, is my Galaxy S5 cellphone
My kit isnt for everyone, we all have different needs and wants, but it works for me. Always evolving it though, seeing what i need and dont need. I try to keep it pretty minimal, dont like bulky, bulging pockets

Did the arrow/bolt idea work out? Interested in seeing pics if it did. Thanks.
Did not attempt. Once I got two bolts I started looking at them vs how bit the pills were and am quite sure that it wont be large enough.
That said, I found a place that sells cf tubing pretty dang cheap...though I need to call about shipping prices. Then I can get the ID that I need and make a few of the tubes.
Loving what I have though - this little clear tube with the cork is very handy.

(About Q's package) Willydigger:
"Is it mailed? Did you mail it? Where's the tracking? I'm pretty excited. I hope he cries. Think he'll cry? What a bitch."
"Q is an asshole, but he's so dumb I feel like hugging him all the time."

"I'm waiting for Digiorno to cook. Three meat, stuffed crust. It's not delivery, but no place delivers here. So. "
Work day dump. In the pockets, on the belt loops. The Batum is coming to work with me. I really like this knife, and so I'm going to hurt it. Because it would happen eventually.
