Fresh meat here! (Zombies stay away)

Hi all! LVS here. I've always kinda been "ready for anything" as they say. Or so I thought. I found there was alot of equipment I was lacking. (i.e. compass, signal mirror, tinder) But now, my EDC mixes with my caregiver bag. Quite handy, since I wear a leg bag. As for my fave EDC? Well, that would be my KOTD. (Knife Of The Day) I have been a knife guy forever and whatever knife I'm in the mood for that day, that's the one I take. I have folders and fixed and have spent hours with each, getting to know the weight, balance, sharpness, and usefullness of each. If I don't know if like the back of my hand, I don't carry it. So, my knives are one of my hobbies, but also hiking, and fishing, too. That's me in a nutshell. The really cool thing is that wife actually puts up with me. She's the best, and my best friend, too.
