The knife is amazing, I really do love every aspect of it. The fact that he custom fited the pocket clip for me since its not his usual style. He added plenty of custom touches I asked for that really made the knife my own one of a kind knife.

Two things. Smile in your photos. All photos, mugshot, DL, internet pics. Do it. Jeez.
What the hell did I do to deserve being hit with a snowball?

This Caly3 is a awesome knife for sure. I have a Native5 that I was not impressed with at all. I wanted to try out another backlock model to see if I liked it any better. You can never really go wrong with a sprint run of anything from spyderco so I went with the Super Blue Caly3 with the dove grey G10. It is a compact, light, gentleman's folder is how I would classify it. It has the deep carry wire pocket clip which is my favorite spydie clip. The thing is hair popping sharp from out of the box. It is so much smoother to open than my urban which stops halfway for safety since it is a slippy and my N5 which is just kinda a cumbersome mess to try and open for me since its not smooth at all and Is just a little to big to easily open one handed. I got my frog out and lubed the knife and blade since it patina's really easily and was able to flick it open right away. The backlock on the caly3 is also much smoother to operate and close the knife in general. So it looks like my M4 Mini-grip has a competitor that is perched ready to take over being my favorite cheaper knife. Nothing beats the axis lock but the caly has much better jimping and handles. The G10 is grippy and feels better then the plastic of the mini-grip. The price difference is pretty great though when you consider a regular mini-grip is about $63 new at the right places and the caly3 is $120 for the regular editions of both knives.
I have been playing with my balisong I just got. Its my first balisong and I feel kinda like a retard but it is pretty fun at the same time. It makes you feel very uncoorndinated. So here are my videos of my first day of flipping to document myself.
When I want to try something out and mess around with it I go all in. I have a Benchmade 32 on the way to me and found a pretty good deal on a 29 Knives balisong. They are a custom made beast of one that weigh in at around 10 oz's since there made out of SS but the craftsmanship and fit & finish are supposed to be second to none.
The benchmade really is to small to really have lots of fun flipping it but it is a great size to carry around and use though. The small handles make it a very different balisong to flip than my Ab thats for sure. Here is a ackward video of me being a noob flipping it.
